IBD-Control Questionnaire

The full version of the IBD-Control Questionnaire contains eight questions that are used to generate the main summary score (IBD-Control-8).  It also includes a visual analogue scale, or ‘feeling thermometer’, which provides a complimentary overall self-rating of disease control (IBD-Control-VAS).  The remainder of the questions are NOT scored, but serve as stand-alone flags to support monitoring and patient-centred consultation.
